Dale called me on the sign of a home, for sale in Joshua Creek, Oakville and indicated that he and Linda had been searching for some time in the Oakville area. I suggested that if they were looking for a particular property, that my On Line Services might be just what they needed to ensure that they didn't miss the right home. So Dale e-mailed me the following day via my website "Virtually Oakville.com" requesting the daily hotsheet and listing service. Sure enough, within a week, Dale and Linda compiled a list of new properties to view and we made appointments for the following Saturday. When we arrived and walked through the very first home, I could tell our search was over. They really loved everything about it. We discussed the possibilities of a conditional offer, and proceeded to list their property in Meadowvale and to purchase the new home in Sherwood Heights, Oakville. We presented the offer, which was accepted, with of course, the contingency to sell, with a 48 hour escape clause for the owners. And, wouldn't you know it, in this market place, we received notice within a day to remove our condition of sale. That's when my mortgage specialist, John Reiter, came to our assistance and counselled Dale and Linda on their financial options. After much deliberation (48 hours' worth of nail biting tension) we removed our conditions and Dale and Linda "went for it"! After several weeks of marketing their home, we received a conditional offer on the sale of yet another property, but one in a highly saleable condominium complex. And it sold within a few days. Everyone was relieved and happy to get the home of their dreams. Thanks Dale and Linda for your confidence and John Reiter for your assistance, also to Julie Glynn of Meadowvale Re/Max. In one week, the Jackson Family had purchased a home in the Sarnia area, and then got Mom's home ready for the market and sold it in 7 days! 7 Days of Snow! Jim Coyle of Magic Realty in Sarnia gave me the call to list the Jackson Home here in Oakville after he worked with Doug to find a new home close by his home, for his mother Grace. So in the height of the Snow Storm of 1999, daughter Jean, Grace and son Doug, worked hours to get the home prepared for the market, and all the hard work paid off as within a week of listing their home, it was sold. The offer, from a Buyer looking in the area, came while the snow fell and fell and fell. Lots of snow shovelling, just to get to the door right Jean? Thanks to Jean and Grace and Doug for all their efforts and for making the deal happen. Thanks to Jim Coyle for your reference!
With a growing family comes the need for more room to grow, so Jeff and Shelley decided the time was now. They are expecting, and with a new home purchased in the Orchard, they needed to sell their Townhome in River Oaks. Shelley's Dad and soon to be a Grandfather, Jim Coyle is a Top Agent in Sarnia with Magic Realty and it was Jim who recommended me for the job to market their home. We listed the Showcase "Homes and Garden" Townhouse and received an offer within a week, testifying to it's great showable condition. The Buyer is also a realty agent who is making a new start in Oakville and recognised the homes value. Congratulations! to you both Jeff and Shelley, all the Best! And thanks again Jim for entrusting your family to me!
